The Via Faciam Foundation is the nonprofit philanthropic arm of The Seneca, dedicated to advancing its mission of expanding opportunities for women through programming, mentorship, practical support, and long-term community partnerships.
Our work is grounded in the belief that women thrive when they have access to supportive networks, leadership opportunities, professional resources, and communities invested in their futures.

Expanding Career Opportunity for Women
This year, Via Faciam is helping women build the skills, confidence, connections, and practical resources needed to pursue professional opportunities.
Throughout the academic year, our programming will include free professional headshots, résumé and LinkedIn support, interview preparation, mentorship, leadership development, networking opportunities, and access to professional clothing.
Our work is grounded in a simple belief: women should be able to step into interviews, workplaces, and new opportunities feeling prepared, confident, and supported.
